Malawi Medical Mission Trip

Who
Jynn and Frank Albano will be leading a team of 16 people, 12 of whom are veterans. There will be 2 nurse practitioners, 1 physician assistant, 8 nurses and 5 support staff. We would still like to have a dentist so please continue to pray that God would send someone.
When
Jynn and Frank will be leaving the shore on March 12. We fly out of Dulles on Thursday, March 13. The team will be on the ground in Malawi from Friday March 14 through Saturday March 22. We have a few people who will arrive early and also stay after to take care of some important work there.
Where
God willing, we will run outreach clinics at three locations in Malawi: Kalupe, Mkumbira and Khanda. We will also visit project sites and encourage our brothers and sisters doing the daily work there.
How Can I Help?
Prayer
Prayer is so important. Please pray for the physical and spiritual health of the team. Pray also that we will have everything we need to take care of our friends there.
Support Trip Cost
The cost of the trip is approximately $8100. To contribute, you can either write a check to Cape Charles Baptist Church with "Malawi" in the subject line, or you can give online and enter "Malawi" in the note section.
Donate for Medications
We will need to buy prescription medications in country which usually runs between $4,000 and $5,000. Our goal is to raise $1,000 of that amount. These are antibiotics that we often take for granted and save lives. Click below make a tax-deductible donation through Villages in Partnership.
Donate Supplies
You can either purchase supplies and deliver them to the church, or an easier way is to purchase them through Amazon at the link below which will deliver them directly to Jynn and Frank's home. All items will need to be delivered by the end of February in time to have them packed for travel and ready to fly.
